Tthe one you have, can be edited to have cpu voltage, not DRAM voltage.

I will repost the links to make it clearer for you.

Just popping in to see if anyone has found out if the biostar bios will work with a mcp61pm-am, I dont have any way to fix it if i get a bad flash so i want to make sure it will work at least good enough to re-flash if needed. also if i could get a link to the bios Smile i lost the link somewhere on my desk. I have a athlon 64 X2 5000+ BE with a stock phenom II x4 heatsink just begging to be OCed .

ise these options. I reuploaded just in case. It is a confirmed good flash.
It uses part of the boot block thou to fit in the extra bios options.

/CC = clear cmos data after programming
/CD = clear dmi data after programming
/CP = clear PnP (ESCD) data after programming
/PY = program flash memory
/F = use flash routines in original BIOS for flash programming
/WB = flashes the BIOS Boot Block

Nick, something isn't right. Your attatchment size says it is 584, it should be 512, which is why he is erroring out.

ya i noticed that too, but it still worked for me. thats the first unlocked abit bios we tried.

edit. opps. rename it abit.rar and unpack it first. DO NOT USE the winflash thats in the rar file.

Hehe! OK, later, when my PC #2 is back I will also try this BIOS... BTW.: This is the first BIOS that works in biosview in DOS-Box portable under WinXP!!! Smile
The logo is already integrated?
----------------------------------------------
OK, missed the "Abit has no logo"-thing... BUT (!) there is the efective hook for the BIOS-logo inside! And the BIOS works fine with a Athlon 64 X2 4200+ @ 2.5 GHz and my lovely Phenom II X4 925 @ 3.4 GHz, So the unlocking was successful! Now I will start a stresstest. Hope I will post about later! Wink
